Levantine grill, done properly.
Charcoal, fourteen covers and one chef at the grill, Tuesday to Sunday from 17:00.
A 2026 portfolio concept. Cedar & Clove is not a real restaurant.
Halal is not a footnote here.
Every cut comes whole from halal-certified suppliers. We break it down and grade it in our own kitchen before it reaches the pass, and the lamb shoulders dry-age for nine days.
The grill burns lumpwood charcoal and nothing else.
How a live version would work: the certificate would hang by the door and the certifier would be named here. This concept names none.
One pass, fourteen covers.
The whole kitchen is visible from every table. One chef runs the grill each service and nobody else touches it. Fourteen covers a night keeps the room warm without rushing the pass.
One private room, ten to twenty-four guests.
The back room seats twenty-four at one long table for a set menu, or ten for a smaller sit-down. Book it for a work dinner, an engagement or an Eid gathering. There is no minimum spend before 19:00.

Notes from the table
The lamb shish was the best I’ve had outside Beirut, and the room was quiet enough to talk.
We booked the private room two days ahead for a client dinner. The chef talked us through the tasting menu himself.
Fourteen covers means you can get a table on a Friday. Order the knafeh.
Reserve a table
We hold a table for fifteen minutes past your time.
